LIFE COACH FAQs

WHAT IS A
LIFE COACH?
As a life coach, my main focus is the future and helping my clients identify goals they wish to accomplish in their personal and professionally lives. I do this by creating an achievable plan and focusing on solutions, not the problems themselves.

I will be there to provide encouragement, a listening ear and direction from point A to point B. It is my job and passion as life coach to give a guiding hand in assisting you towards a happy, productive future.
DO I NEED A
LIFE COACH?
Ask yourself these simple questions:

-
Am I under constant stress?
-
Am I dreading my next argument with my spouse, child or co-worker?
-
How is my health overall?
-
Do I make excuses often?
-
How many times have I been reprimanded at work for poor performance or taking too many days off dealing with family matters within the last couple of years?

If you answered, "Yes," to any of these questions, you could benefit from a life coach's structured guidance. It's important to provide "self-care, and love" for ourselves first, before we have capacity to love others.

When we're stuck and feeling trapped by our past decisions, we can easily become co-dependent with family, friends or coworkers. Life coaches ask questions triggering answers that press us towards greater expectations and standards for our lives.

(If you need a more specialized approach to deep-seated issues, have debilitating trauma, or experiencing mental health complications, then a licensed therapist may be the better option.)
